I love how her sunglasses seem to expand, the more she pouts. Although it looks like (surprise, surprise) the amount of days Paris Hilton is expected to actually be spending in jail for her DUI situation is dwindling by the minute. Now, the flighty heiress is more likely to be behind bars for about three weeks, as opposed to the 45 days to which she was initially sentenced. L.A. County sheriff rep, Steve Whitmore, indicated the fact that the county is pretty much maxed out on space for inmates, along with the whole "good behavior" thing, are two major factors determining Hiltons ultimate time spent in

jail.

"Its possible that it could be 21 days, 23 days. Its a complicated formula that the state sets down. Its possible that she could do less time," Whitmore told The Associated Press.

As for overcrowding, "our jail is bursting at the seams" and some women inmates have been released after serving only 10 percent of their sentence, Whitmore said.

Whitmore was also quick to point out that Hiltons celebrity status would have little or no bearing on her status as an inmate.

"She will be treated like any other inmate whos classified as a low-level security risk," Whitmore told the Los Angeles Times, which first reported the development on its Web site.

Whatever. Im totally resigning myself to the fact that shes probably going to spend about half an hour changing out of one of her many new "sober person" suits, into an orange jumpsuit, before changing back into her favorite party dress and then promptly gettingwasted and running over some pedestrians on her way to the nearest Del Taco, whilst tossing her panties out the window.
